Outstanding services! I have sought and received the services of Pennzoil & Auto Repair at least three times or more the past 12 months or so - for oil and brake replacements, et cetera. Each time, I was not only impressed by the professionalism of the staff members, the promptness and quality of the performed services, but also the service pricing. I highly recommend Pennzoil & Auto Repair for your needed/required car maintenance and/or repair services.

I went to 4 different places to get a headlight replaced, I got turned away by every single place. Went to pennzoil and they squeezed me in and replaced it for me right away. The staff is so respectful and nice. Will be going here for all of my needs now.

Service was great from beginning to end. Made an appointment, got in right on time, everyone was courteous, kept me updated on progress and finished in the time expected. Could not be more satisfied with everything! This is a business I would not hesitate to recommend!

Extremely impressed with my overall experience. Made my appointment online which was very easy and convenient. I was having serious brake issues and there was no way I expected them to complete my car the same day but they did. My car went right on the lift and they got to it. Prices were very reasonable and they had me out the door in no time. They did an awesome job and my vehicle is running great. I’ll use these guys every time!

Very excellent service! I only went there for an oil change (11/29/21). Very polite, kind & honest crew, and I will definitely be going back to this place from now on.

I asked to get my suspensions looked at and annoyingly repeatedly asked if it was free of charge being that i didn't have money for a diagnosis because i may not even be able to afford to fix the problem immediately. They were very helpful, honest, and looked at it for me for no cost. And as if their amount of understanding and kindness with a customer repeatedly asking for something free wasn't enough, someone even took it upon themselves to click my broken bumper in place which they did not have to do. I could care less to look for a cheaper quote or a closer place out there, because THIS, THIS place right here is a place i want to give my business!! Best experience with a mechanic shop ever. I’ll be going here to pay for any repairs, parts, oil changes, or anything else they offer thats needed for my vehicle in the future.
