Excellent service and guys who really know what they are doing. Best home town service you can get, as the owners are from Big Rapids/Reed City and raised their family there. Wish I were still living in the area so I could take my car there for tune ups.

Very helpful and corteous. Its been a long time since I've ever been so happy, if ever, with the overall service I was provided with. I appreciate that I was shown personally on my car what was wrong. The free 32 point inspection and the calls I recieved on the status of my vehicle were huge points as well. There was no guessing game on what was going on or price shock from anything done. I will continue to bring my vehicles here in the future!!!!

Great staff and service

Every time I take my vehicle into the Pennzoil in Big Rapids, they always take good care of me and let me know of any other kind of problems that are going on with my vehicle. The staff is very professional and extremely friendly. Thanks to all of them.

Best automotive shop ever!I was on my way to Texas and had a deadline on getting there when the front end of my vehicle went out ! This automotive shop got a very hard long job done in record time by working overtime ! They decreased my stress level by constantly reassuring me they would get it fixed ! Thankful and grateful for Angels on earth !!!

I've been going here for oil changes and repairs since I moved to the area 3 years ago and I love their service! Fast, friendly, and definitely don't talk down to me (I get that being a girl from other places). They are a little pricier than other places (usually walking out with a bill between $40-$50) but totally worth it! I was there today and was offered a free tire rotation but because I didn't NEED it now, they gave me a certificate for one later when I do need it! I also asked for an estimate on replacing my throttle position sensor and the (I think owner) asked why I thought it was that and I explained why and didn't talk down to me or question my knowledge of cars! I love that! I'm never afraid of being ripped off by going in alone. They have also replaced headlights and air filters free of charge (I had the replacement parts with me). They are the absolute best!!
